It begins with a conversation and ends when you are 100% satisfied with your completed renovation.
1.Free Consultation
This is truly the beginning of our working relationship. This is where you get to know a little about us, who we are, and what we can do. Oftentimes, areas of discussion include: your vision of the space, the scope of work, the budget for the project, and the process during the renovation. Also, we may have the opportunity to share some design ideas of our own and listen to your feedback as we discuss other options and possibilities for your space.
3.Pre-Demo Day
After design and selections have been approved, we’ll order the materials. Before we swing a sledgehammer, Rod Flowers (owner of HomeRenovations.Pro) will walk through the project to ensure everyone is on the same page. Rod will make sure everyone understands your vision and the scope of the work.
5.Completion
As your renovation approaches completion, we will walk through the project with you and a “Punch List” will be created documenting any items that need attention. Once compiled, the items will be addressed and completed to your satisfaction.
2.Pricing and Planning
After our free consultation, we’ll email you an initial estimate detailing the scope of the project. Oftentimes, material placeholders are in the estimate until final selections have been made. After selections have been finalized, a revised estimate will be sent for your review. When working with HomeRenovations.Pro, you won’t be surprised by any hidden fees. We are upfront and transparent.
4.Installation
Once the materials arrive, we can begin prepping the site for the renovation. The Project Manager will facilitate communication between you and the crews. If you need to work or be at home during the process, we’ll do everything possible to minimize the disruption to your home-life. We are very conscientious of your home. The crews work quietly, efficiently, and clean up at the end of every day.
